After-Sales Service & Refund Policy – Pure High Fashion Studios

At Pure High Fashion Studios, we strive to provide high-quality fashion products that meet your expectations. Every item undergoes strict quality control and secure packaging before shipping. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple after-sales and refund process.


How Long Do I Have to Request After-Sales Service?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery (or the delivery confirmation provided by the courier) to request after-sales service.

  • After 7 days from delivery, refunds or returns will no longer be accepted.


Situations Covered by After-Sales Service

We provide refunds or replacements for the following scenarios:

  • Damaged or defective products – If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will refund or replace the product.

  • Lost packages – If your order is confirmed lost by the shipping provider, we will issue a full refund.

  • Missing items – If your order arrives incomplete, we will refund the missing items.

  • Out-of-stock products – In cases where a product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, we will automatically issue a refund.


Situations NOT Covered by After-Sales Service

Due to international shipping logistics, customs, and fashion industry standards, we do not offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the product.

  • Selecting the wrong size, color, or style.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Failure to accept delivery (e.g., unreachable phone number or email).

  • Refusal or failure to pay customs duties, causing the package to be returned or destroyed.

  • Requesting that packages be left in unsafe locations (e.g., outside the door or garage) and they are lost.

  • Claims of poor quality without valid evidence (e.g., photos or videos).

Note: We cannot accept any returns that are subject to customs duties or shipping fees, or packages sent back without prior approval.


How to Request a Refund

We make refunds easy:

  1. Contact Customer Service: If your item qualifies for after-sales service, contact us via email or online chat to initiate the refund or replacement.

  2. Provide Proof: You may need to submit photos or videos of the product defect/damage to verify the issue.

  3. Approval & Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.


Important Notes

  • All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or damaged.
