Customs Clearance & Duties 

Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order with Pure High Fashion Studios, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding customs duties and taxes.

Why Customs Duties May Apply

As an international fashion brand, we ship many of our products directly from our global partner warehouses. Depending on your country, your local customs authorities may require you to pay import duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs office, not by Pure High Fashion Studios.

  • The price you pay at checkout covers only the cost of the products and shipping. Customs duties and taxes are not included in your purchase price.

Providing Tax or Identification Numbers

When placing an order, please ensure that you provide:

  • Your Tax ID, VAT number, or business registration number (if applicable).

  • If you do not have a business tax ID, you may be required to provide your personal ID or passport number for customs clearance in certain countries.

Providing accurate information ensures a smooth customs process and helps avoid delays.

How to Pay Customs Duties

When your package arrives in your country, your local customs office or the courier (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx) will contact you (via phone or email) with instructions for paying any duties or taxes.

  • You are responsible for making this payment directly to the courier or customs office.

  • Once payment is made, your package will continue its delivery journey.

Customs Clearance Timeline

  • You typically have up to 7 days to complete the customs payment after notification.

  • The time spent waiting for customs clearance or payment is not included in the shipping timeframe promised by Pure High Fashion Studios.

  • Failure to pay customs duties on time may result in the package being returned, held, or destroyed by local customs.

After-Sales & Disputes Related to Duties

  1. We cannot offer refunds or after-sales support for orders that are refused due to non-payment of customs duties.

  2. Disputes or chargebacks due to customs refusal will not be accepted, as this is beyond our control.

  3. By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
